VW Tries to Get California Lawsuit Over Diesel Scandal Dismissed

VW is attempting to get a major class action lawsuit dismissed.  A group of retirement funds across the United States filed the lawsuit against VW for lost revenue. They attribute the financial losses to VW’s failure to fully disclose the extent of their diesel engine emissions problems.
