Louisiana Couple Sues Car Manufacturer and Dealership Over Defective Vehicle
Christopher and Sabrina Boquet are suing a vehicle manufacturer and dealership for supplying a defective car and then failing to repair it properly. The couple has filed a lawsuit against Forester River Inc. and Barryland Motors LLC for breach of implied warranty, breach of warranty and violation of Louisiana law. The couple is asking for $126,000 for diminution, costs and repairs.
