Europe Gets Aggressive Against Defective Tires

If you are the driver of a part-worn tire in the UK or Ireland, you could have to pay a stiff 80 euro fine and get penalty points against your license.  If you don’t pay the fine immediately, the court could even penalize you four points on your   license.  The recent moves by Ireland and England are being viewed as a precursor to what will likely transpire in all of Europe.
