Mazda Launches Recall Website
In an effort to help both vehicle owners and dealerships find out if their vehicles have been recalled, Mazda has created a new website, MazdaRecallInfo.com.
The site also provides an easy way for vehicle owners to schedule appointments for recall repairs.
Mazda officials say that there are four primary purposes for the new site:
— provide up-to-date recall and special service programs (SSP) information
— offer a mobile-friendly, convenient way to search for recalls and SSPs applicable to their vehicle, by inputting a vehicle identification number (VIN)
— give quick access to online repair appointment scheduling, using Mazda’s Service Schedule
— offers a dedicated landing page for each dealer
