Actor Scott Eastwood Shares How Takata Airbag Killed Girlfriend
Suicide Squad actor Scott Eastwood, youngest son of Clint Eastwood, opened up for the first time about how his girlfriend was tragically killed by a defective airbag. Jewel Brangman, who was 26 at the time of her death, was driving a rental car from San Diego to LA when her Honda rear-ended a van, setting off the airbag that projected with too much force, sending shrapnel into the young woman and killing her.
Brangman’s father has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Honda, Takata, the airbag manufacturer, and the rental car company.
